Sprague Olympians Boys Soccer 0-2 South Salem

South Salem handed Sprague a 2-0 boys soccer defeat Thursday at Sprague's home field in Salem, Oregon, where the 6A-6 Central Valley Conference clash left the hosts searching for answers late in the fall season. South Salem controlled the match, scoring twice while keeping Sprague off the board for the full 80 minutes. The result drops Sprague to 1-12-1 overall and 1-8 in conference play, a difficult stretch for a program that has found wins hard to come by this season. Despite the scoreline, home matches give the team a chance to develop in front of familiar surroundings, and there is still time to close the year on a positive note. Sprague will look to regroup and carry some momentum into its remaining schedule, with the end of the regular season approaching. Fans and families can check back with Salem Sports Hub for continuing coverage of Sprague soccer as the 2026 campaign winds down.
