West Salem Titans Softball 0-7 Sherwood

Sherwood defeated West Salem 7-0 in a non-league softball matchup Thursday at Sherwood High School. The Titans from Salem, Oregon, who compete in the Central Valley Conference (6A), were held scoreless against strong Sherwood pitching in the road contest.

West Salem entered the game with a strong 21-5 record but struggled to generate offense throughout the seven-inning game. The shutout loss marked a rare quiet day for the Titans' batting lineup, which had been productive during their successful spring campaign.
