South Salem Saxons Girls Soccer 0-5 Central Catholic

Central Catholic handed the South Salem girls soccer team a 5-0 loss Thursday evening, leaving the Saxons winless through four matches on the young season. The non-league contest was played at South Salem High School in Salem, Oregon, where the Saxons compete in the Central Valley Conference (6A) against some of the region's top 6A programs. The visiting Crusaders, a perennial Portland-area power, controlled the match from early on, building a commanding advantage that the Saxons were unable to overcome.
