Cascade Cougars Girls Volleyball 3-0 Taft

Cascade volleyball swept host Taft 3-0 on Tuesday evening, picking up a clean road victory in non-league play. The Cougars, based in Turner, Oregon, and competing in the 4A-3 Oregon West Conference, made the trip to Lincoln City and handled business efficiently against the Tigers across three straight sets.

The sweep is a strong confidence booster for Cascade, which entered the match at 11-7 and now sits at 12-7 on the season. Earning a road win without dropping a set speaks to the focus and execution the Cougars have shown as the season moves deeper into October.

With no box score available, individual standouts were not confirmed, but the team effort was evident in the result. A three-set road sweep leaves little room for error from the opponent, and Cascade gave Taft none.

The Cougars will look to carry this momentum forward as they return home and turn attention back to Oregon West Conference competition in the days ahead.
