Dallas Dragons Softball 2-3 Canby

Canby defeated Dallas 3-2 in a tight non-league softball contest Friday at Dallas High School. The Dragons of Dallas, Oregon, members of the Mid-Willamette Conference (5A), saw their impressive season take a rare stumble against the visiting Cougars in what proved to be one of their most competitive games of the year.

Despite the setback, Dallas maintains an outstanding 20-5 overall record and remains undefeated in conference play at 14-0. The Dragons have built one of the most successful campaigns in recent memory, making this narrow defeat more of a learning opportunity than a cause for concern.
