Wilsonville handed Woodburn a 5-0 defeat in 5A-2 Greater Metro Conference girls soccer on Tuesday evening in Woodburn, Oregon, as the Bulldogs struggled to find answers against a sharp Wildcat attack. The shutout loss drops Woodburn to 1-12-2 on the season and 0-6 in league play, a tough stretch for a young program working through a difficult fall schedule. Wilsonville controlled the tempo throughout, converting multiple times in what became a lopsided margin that never gave the home side a chance to settle into the match. Without a detailed box score, individual standouts are unavailable, but Woodburn's back line faced consistent pressure and could not contain the Wilsonville offense. Despite the result, the Bulldogs have continued to compete within the Greater Metro Conference against some of its stronger clubs. Woodburn will look to close the season on a better note, with remaining matches offering a chance to grab a signature moment before the 2026 campaign comes to an end.
