West Salem Titans Girls Volleyball 2-0 Redmond

West Salem volleyball climbed back to the .500 mark Saturday, sweeping visiting Redmond 2-0 in non-league action at home. The Titans, competing out of Salem, Oregon in the Central Valley Conference (6A), controlled both sets to hand Redmond a shutout loss and give the home crowd plenty to cheer about. The straight-set victory was a timely one for West Salem, which entered the match sitting at 5-5 on the season and in need of a confidence boost heading into the heart of its schedule. By evening's end, the Titans had moved to 6-5, erasing that two-game deficit below .500 and reestablishing some momentum. Without a detailed box score available, what stood out most was the team's collective effort in closing out a non-league opponent cleanly, allowing no sets to slip away. West Salem will look to carry this energy into upcoming Central Valley Conference play, where every win takes on added weight in the standings race.
