Silverton Foxes Girls Soccer 9-1 Dallas

Nine goals told the story Thursday night as Silverton girls soccer handed Dallas a 9-1 defeat at home, keeping the Foxes perfect in 5A-3 Mid-Willamette Conference play this fall. The win, played in Silverton, Oregon, pushed the Foxes to 7-2-3 on the season and an unblemished 4-0 record in league action.

Silverton controlled the match from the opening whistle, building a lead that was never seriously threatened. The offense clicked on multiple cylinders, generating scoring chances throughout the game, while the defense held firm and allowed the opposition just one goal on the night.

The lopsided result is a strong confidence boost for a Silverton side that has quietly built one of the more complete resumes in the conference. With league play heading into its final stretch, the Foxes sit in strong position to compete for a Mid-Willamette title and secure a favorable postseason seed. Up next, Silverton will look to keep that conference record clean.
