Silverton Foxes Football 41-6 Crescent Valley

Silverton's football team left little doubt Friday night, beating Crescent Valley 41-6 in a league contest at Silverton, Oregon, to move to 6-2 on the season. The lopsided margin told the story clearly: the Foxes controlled the game from start to finish, building a commanding lead that made the final score feel like a formality well before the fourth quarter.

The win pushes Silverton to 4-1 in conference play, keeping the Foxes firmly in the mix as the regular season heads toward its final weeks. A 35-point victory over a league opponent carries weight not only in the standings but in momentum heading into the postseason picture.

Silverton enters the stretch run at 6-2 overall with a roster that appears to be peaking at the right time. The Foxes will need to carry that energy into next week, when every remaining game carries playoff implications. How they respond to the spotlight in those final matchups will define what kind of postseason run this group has in them.
