Dallas Dragons Softball 13-1 Grant
The Dragons' bats came alive in a big way Friday afternoon, as Dallas dismantled Grant 13-1 in non-league softball action on the road. After splitting their first two games of the season, the Dragons used the lopsided victory to find their offensive rhythm and even their record at 1-1.
Dallas controlled the game from early on, building a commanding lead that invoked the mercy rule against the Generals. The 12-run margin of victory marked an impressive bounce-back performance for a team still working to establish its identity in the early weeks of the 2026 spring season.
The road environment at Grant proved no obstacle for the Dragons, who appeared comfortable at the plate throughout the contest. With league play approaching, Friday's offensive explosion should provide valuable confidence for a Dallas squad that showed flashes of its potential in the season opener.
The Dragons will look to build on this momentum as they continue their non-league schedule before Mid-Willamette Conference play begins in earnest.
