Cascade's offense erupted for 14 runs in a dominant softball victory over Newport on Tuesday evening in Turner, Oregon. The Cougars improved to 18-4 overall and remained perfect in Oregon West Conference (4A) play at 15-0 with the decisive 14-1 triumph.
