Blanchet Catholic School Cavaliers Girls Soccer 3-0 Salem Acad.

Blanchet Catholic stayed unbeaten Tuesday, shutting out Salem Academy 3-0 in a PacWest Conference (3A) girls soccer road match played in Salem, Oregon. The victory pushed the Cavaliers to 11-0 overall and 6-0 in league play, keeping them firmly atop the conference standings as the postseason approaches.

Blanchet Catholic controlled the match from start to finish, finding the net three times while holding Salem Academy off the scoreboard entirely. The clean sheet speaks to a defensive unit that has been stingy all season, and the offense did its part by converting chances against a Crusaders side looking to make a statement on its home pitch.

With an unblemished record through eleven matches, the Cavaliers have established themselves as one of the premier programs in 3A Oregon this fall. Every league win tightens their grip on a favorable playoff position.

Blanchet Catholic will look to keep the momentum rolling as the regular season winds down and postseason seeding comes into sharper focus.
